𝐁𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐆𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐧𝐥𝐚𝐡𝐢

THE province of Tarlac crowned its very first Ginoong Kanlahi in the person of Bamban’s Emerson Gomez Jr. when he was adjudged winner in the Ginoong Kanlahi 2023 Coronation Night at the Maria Cristina Park, evening of March 8.

Sta. Ignacia’s Aldien David Jr. was named first runner-up with Tarlac City’s Mark Anthony Sy, San Jose’s Kim Carlos Nool and Moncada’s Geuel Dann Quibuyen as 2nd, 3rd and 4th runners-up respectively.

Governor Susan Yap and Miss Aura International 2021 Alexandra Faith Garcia crowned Gomez. By winning the pageant, he was awarded P50,000 cash, and P100,000 worth of products and services from JCI Skin Clinic. David (P40,000 and P50,000 worth of products and services from JCI Skin Clinic), Sy (P30,000 and P30,000 worth of JCI Skin Clinic products and services), Nool (P20,000) and Quibuyen (P10,000) also received cash, products and services.

Peter James Domingo of Mayantoc, Jovy Morante of Bamban, Renz Zulueta of Tarlac City, Alvin Bautista of Capas and Jose Marzon Dunuan of Paniqui are the other top 10 semi-finalists.

Zulueta was awarded Mr. My Metrotown and Mr. Face of the Night, Dunuan was named Mr. Top Model and Mr. Best in Informal Attire, Mr. Friendship went to Quibuyen, David was named Mr. Photogenic, Domingo is Mr. Personality and Mr. City Walk went to Sy.

In Gov. Yap’s message, she thanked all the attendees for the coronation night and congratulated all of the winners.

“I hope all of you are happy. Gusto kong magpasalamat sa lahat ng nandidito ngayong gabi and be part of the 7th KanLahi Festival. Congratulations to all the winners,” she said.

The panel of judges is composed of Amanda Gay Escanlar, Dr. Joanne Capulong-Indab, Dr. Eliseo dela Cruz, Franco Maque, Czar April Burgos, Popoy Caritativo, Levin Agruelles and Alexandra Faith Garcia.

The coronation night was hosted by television and events host and radio DJ Sean Kyle Ortega.

Mayors Estelita Aquino of Moncada, Nora Modomo of Sta. Ignacia, Elma Macadamia of San Clemente, Alice Leal Guo of Bamban, Rex Villa Agustin of Victoria and Romeo Capitulo of San Jose and Vice Mayors RB Aquino of Moncada, Epoy Balmores of Pura and Nathaniel “bong” TAN of Sta. Ignacia attended the coronation night.

The other Ginoong Tarlaqueño candidates are Ronel Lagunay of San Manuel, Ghelver James Gonzales of Ramos, Justine Darryl Aguas of Victoria, Jayson Dupitas of Gerona, Elimar Sidoro of San Clemente, Mario Journie Acosta of Pura, Prince Jhike Bravo of Camiling and Allison Mateo and Jester Pineda of Concepcion.—𝐀𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧 𝐅.
