National Anti-Corruption Coordinating Council ilulunsad

Pangungunahan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte bilang chairman ang itatatag na National Anti-Corruption Coordinating Council, habang si PACC Chief Greco Belgica naman ang magsisilbi bilang vice chairman.


 

LUNGSOD NG MAYNILA — Ilulunsad na ng Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) ang National Anti-Corruption Coordinating Council (NACCC) na binubuo ng 49 na mga ahensya mula sa Executive Department para sa mas malawakang kampanya ng administrasyong Duterte na labanan ang katiwalian.

Gaganapin via zoom meeting sa Biernes (Sept. 3) ang sabayan at opisyal na panunumpa ng mga ahensyang kinabibilangan ng Department of Agriculture (DA); Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR); ; Department of Budget and Management (DBM); Department of Education (DepEd); Department of Energy (DOE); Department of Environment ang Natural Resources (DENR); Department of Finance (DOF); Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA); Department of Health (DOH); Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSURD).

Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT); Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG); Department of Justice (DOJ); Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE); Department of National Defense (DND); Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH); Department of Science and Technology (DOST); Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD); Department of Tourism (DOT); at Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Ang pagtatatag ng NACC ay bahagi ng “Project Kasangga: Aksyon laban sa Korapsyon” ay isa sa mga anti-corruption programs ng PACC na sinulong ni Secretary Greco Belgica nang siya ay maupo bilang chairperson.

Ayon kay Belgica, pangungunahan ng Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang pormal na paglulunsad ng programang ito para sa pormal na panunumpa ng lahat ng ahensya ng pamahalaan para labanan ang katiwalian.

Ani Belgica, ito ang whole-of-nation approach ng administrasyong Duterte para sa mas malakas na paglaban sa kurapsyon na ipinangako hanggang sa huling araw ng kasalukuyang administrasyon.

Dito ay nagkasundo ang mga bumubuo ng NACC na magbalangkas ng mga istratehiya, plano at mga polisiya na tatapos sa kurapsyon sa gobyerno.

Gaya ng pagkakaroon maayos at secured na complaint platforms, pagba-validate ng mga ulat, pag-iimbestiga at rekomendasyon para sa kaukulang aksyon ng PACC sa reklamo ng katiwalian.

Matapos ang pagtatatag ng NACC ay kasunod naman nito ang pagbuo ng Anti-Corruption Coordinating Councils kasama maging ang pribadong sektor na tutulong din sa pagkakalap, pag-imbestiga at pagreresolba sa mga reklamo ng katiwalian.

Ani Belgica, sa kabi-kabilang ulat ng katiwalian sa bansa ay panahon na para magkatuwang-tuwang ang lahat ng ahensya ng pamahalaan at sa tulong at awa ng Diyos ay mapagtatagumpayan ng pamahalan ang paglaban sa korapsyon.
