CLARK FREEPORT — Brunch has always been about leisure, but at Estos in Clark Cityfront Mall, it takes on a new character.

Chef Al Fernando envisioned something “very light, very international,” a spread that lets diners taste more without feeling weighed down.

“It’s unlimited, but crafted per plate,” he explains. “You can taste every dish without being tied to just one serving.”

The menu is a thoughtful mix of comfort and creativity. Diners begin with ramen egg, move to eggs benedict, then smoked salmon croissant pizza. Turkish egg on flat bread, croissant avocado toast, pancakes, and honey butter toast follow—each plate paired with a mimosa.

“We retained our bestsellers, but added global inspirations,” Fernando says. “It’s a mix of everything, designed for Clark’s evolving brunch culture.”

The timing feels intentional. Fridays and Saturdays, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Bottomless Brunch is shaped for office workers easing into the weekend, runners looking for something light, and foreign guests who prefer variety at midday. At ₱1,599, it sets brunch as both accessible and refined, adding to Clark’s growing reputation as a lifestyle hub.

What lingers is not just the food but the rhythm it creates. Estos’ Bottomless Brunch invites diners to slow down, share plates, and discover Clark’s cosmopolitan side through flavors that are familiar yet elevated. Every dish is a reminder that weekends can be savored—beautifully, and together.
