CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — In recognition of passing their respective board examinations, 97 newly licensed professionals were extended financial assistance by the Provincial Government of Pampanga at the Capitol on March 16.
Vice Gov. Dennis “Delta” Pineda, along with board members Fritzie David Dizon and Dr. Kaye Naguit, and Office of the Vice Governor chief of staff Angie Blanco personally handed out the assistance.

Each board passer received up to ₱15,000, intended to help support them as they begin the next chapter of their professional careers.
Among the beneficiaries are passers from several degree programs, including one from BS Accountancy, one from BS Civil Engineering, 12 from BS Criminology, one from BS Education, three from BS Medical Technology, 15 from BS Psychology, and 65 from BS Social Work.
“Napakaganda po ng programang ito kasi yung government is helping yung mga katulad ko na may pangarap, gustong makapagtapos at magka-lisensya. Kaming mga Kapampangan po ay napakaswerte kasi yung government po ay nagbibigay ng big opportunities to pursue yung path na gusto namin,” said Ranny Lugto, one of the beneficiaries.

The initiative forms part of the ongoing commitment of Gov. Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Delta to support education and professional development among the youth of Pampanga.
Through programs like these, the provincial government continues to recognize the hard work and dedication of new professionals while encouraging them to pursue excellence and contribute to the development of their families, communities, and the province. Pampanga PIO/Photos: Daniel Ombina
