CLARK FREEPORT — Partnerships become most meaningful when they are built on a shared purpose. At The Medical City Clark, that purpose is clear: creating healthier communities where individuals can thrive, learn, and succeed.

This commitment took another significant step forward during the signing of a memorandum of agreement between TMC Clark and the Department of Education – Schools Division Office of Angeles City, bringing together leaders from healthcare and education in a shared vision of promoting the health, safety, and well-being of students, teachers, and the wider school community.

Held at TMC Clark on July 20, the event symbolized far more than the formal signing of an agreement. It marked the beginning of a collaborative journey rooted in service, trust, and the belief that quality education and quality healthcare are inseparable pillars of community development.

In welcoming the distinguished guests, TMC Clark interim chief medical officer Dr. Alejandro L. Garcia Jr. emphasized that caring for communities extends beyond hospital walls.

Through strategic partnerships with institutions such as DepEd Angeles City, TMC Clark continues to expand its mission of delivering accessible healthcare, advancing health education, and providing timely medical support where it matters most.

The partnership reflects a shared understanding that healthy learners are empowered learners, while healthy educators inspire stronger and more resilient communities. Contributed photos
