Nature of the Job

The Project Manager is responsible for leading Information Technology projects, as well as special projects as directed by senior management. Key components of the role include project initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing. The Project Manager is the direct point of contact for all project-related issues. The Project Manager will also work with various Information Technology teams, collaborate with clients and ensure that the projects assigned are completed on time and within client specifications.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an Internet-savvy Web Project Manager to lead a variety of web application projects. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of digital/online marketing programs and web development projects. The individual will work directly with clients and Discipline Leads (Creative, Information Architecture, Content Engineering) to set up the project process and define scope, cost and time parameters. The Senior Project Manager will have client contact and will be responsible for ensuring that project deliverables meet time specifications and quality goals. Responsibilities include: (1) setting up of the project process; (2) creating and managing project plans, estimates, scope of work documents and requirements; (3) giving of risk assessments, specifications, schedule and budget; (4) facilitating effective workflow between creative and technology teams; and (5) working with the Account team to communicate project status to clients. Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 3-6 years interactive project management experience
• Significant knowledge of web development, email and rich media technologies
• Significant knowledge of interactive process including strategy, creative information architecture, content, engineering and QA deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Detailed oriented and take ownership attitude
• Must be highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects
