JESSIE BARRAMEDA, executive officer of the barangay tanods of Pulung Maragul, Angeles City, was shot dead in broad daylight along busy Don Bonifacio Road Thursday last week.
Barrameda’s gangland execution came almost a year to the day of that of his former boss, Pulung Maragul chairman Edilberto Cayanan.
Under the Nepomuceno watch at city hall, so many people have been shot dead – with impunity, the police remaining clueless to this day on all the cases – that we have lost count.
And 1st term pa lang yan. We abhor to think what more terror a Nepomuceno 2nd term would bring.
