Aug 10, 2017

ANGELES CITY— Feel the international cuisine vibes as the Kilgore family opened a unique style of Smoke House and Grill along Friendship Highway in Barangay Anunas here known popularly as Korean Town on Friday.

Retired Off shore Installation Manager (OIM) Robert Kilgore’s concept is to off er a variety of dishes all in one central location and give people a gastronomic satisfaction with good food, good service and good price.

Aron’s Smoke House & Grill serves not only Filipino cuisines but also features Mexican, Vietnamese and Korean dishes in affordable prices.

But the restaurant’s main stars are their smoked ribs, chicken and pork butt cooked in their special smoker for four to six hours.

Kilgore added that working and traveling around the world helped him form this unique concept and named after his son.

The restaurant’s menu offers dishes Kilgore had grown accustomed to during his travels while adding his own unique twists.

“I like to see people eating something from my concept and satisfy their hunger,” said Kilgore which makes him really excited.

Kilgore said he decided to put up a restaurant not only to provide for his family but also because of his passion for cooking.

During the opening, the restaurant’s chef, Christopher ‘CK’ Eleazar said the serving size of their dishes is more than their price.

“Everything that’s in your mind, we serve,” Eleazar added.

Eleazar has been a cook for more than 10 years now.

Meanwhile, the restaurant will also have a changing menu to off er a variety of choices to customers while still keeping their best dishes.
