Birthday sapling. Governor Lilia G. Pineda plants a mango sapling in barangay Nabuklod, Floridablanca, as Board Members Ric Yabut, Nestor Tolentino and Fritzie David-Dizon wait for their turn.
Capitol employees, local officials and the whole Pampanga police force joined Pineda in the three planting activity in celebration of her 61st birthday.
