ANGELES CITY – More than 500 guests attended the open house event and unveiling of Mansfield Residences’ model units in Barangay Sto. Domingo here.

Themed as “Enter the Life out of the Big Screen,” the event showcased four contemporary-designed model units that include:

Jasmine (70 square-meter lot with 65.50 sq. m. floor area); Saffron (70 sq. m. lot with 56.91 sq. m. floor area); Scarlet (80 sq. m. lot with 80.23 sq. m. floor area); and Tawny (50 sq. m. lot with 56 sq. m. and 51.54 sq. m. floor areas.

These model units come in basic and improved finish. The names of the model units were derived from their respective color schemes.

Attended by sales representatives, unit managers, Hausland Development Corp. employees and prospect buyers, the event served as a venue to introduce Mansfield Residences to the public.

The site is located at the western part of Angeles City, an accessible place where most passenger jeepneys and tricycles regularly pass.

Mansfield Residences is just a few meters away from commercial establishments, financial and educational institutions, churches, government offices, hospitals, leisure and tourist destinations that will definitely give the community an easy access for their needs.

Prior to the blessing of the model units, a Mass and a house blessing were held during the event. Guests were also toured to the model units.

Interested buyers, including those who already secured letters of intent, could choose what financing scheme they would want to avail.

On top of the list is the Hausland Flexiplan. With a monthly amortization of only P8,479.17, it offers easy payment scheme for buyers.

Soon, Mansfield Residences will fully rise with modern-designed amenities. It will include a first-class commercial lane named as The Verge.

This new attraction will be composed of the following: café, pubs, bakery, restaurants, convenience stores, water stations, laundry services, internet shops, and nursery.

Another inclusion in the project is The Club House which is composed of Homeowner’s Lounge, Recreational Room, Fitness Gym and a kitchen, perfect for family gatherings and special celebrations.

“Enter the life out of the big screen,” as themed, served as the sequel of the Exclusive Preview held on October 26 at SM City Clark Cinema 6.
